Welcome to ocs8 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). ocs8 is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform serving users in Malaysia and select international jurisdictions. The Platform is accessible at https://ocs8.cam.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ocs8 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all services, games, promotions, tools, and content available thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the ocs8 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. All defined terms appearing in singular form also include the plural, and vice versa, unless context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the ocs8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ocs8 strictly prohibits access by minors or any individual under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and nominee arrangements are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the ocs8 Platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or during the operation of your account.
• You must not have been previously barred, suspended, or had an account terminated by ocs8 for reasons relating to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Each eligible User is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on the ocs8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia (or applicable jurisdiction), contact email address, and preferred username. ocs8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ocs8 requires satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Malaysian Passport, or Driver's Licence, accompanied by proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) and, where required, a selfie photograph holding the identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission on business days. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Users may continue to access the Platform and place wagers while verification is pending; however, no withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete and approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. ocs8 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members or friends.
• You must notify ocs8 support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not shared across other platforms or services.
• ocs8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to provide an additional layer of account security.

ocs8 reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend any account where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, pending investigation. We will contact the registered email address to notify the account holder as soon as practicable.

ocs8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: DuitNow QR and Online Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency transfers in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; please consult the Platform for the current list.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all supported MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Standard withdrawal minimums are RM50. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier; please consult the payment page for current limits. Daily withdrawal limits may apply.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to processing. Once approved, most MYR withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. During peak periods or for amounts exceeding standard thresholds, processing may take up to 24 hours. ocs8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

In compliance with our AML obligations, ocs8 requires that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally practicable. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

ocs8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offering, as well as the general provisions set out in this Section 7.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a bonus of MYR 200 with a 10x wagering requirement requires total bets of MYR 2,000 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.

While a bonus is active on your account, your individual bet per round or event is capped as specified in the applicable bonus terms (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per single wager). Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet placed. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain live dealer titles and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Game-specific contribution rates are available in the individual promotion terms.

Each promotional bonus carries an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining upon expiry of the promotional period will be automatically removed from the account without compensation. ocs8 is not obliged to notify Users prior to bonus expiry.

ocs8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, low-variance wagering strategies deployed exclusively during bonus periods, use of multiple accounts to claim single-entitlement bonuses, or any activity that constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All casino games, live dealer titles, and sports betting markets available on the ocs8 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All bets placed by the User are final and irrevocable upon confirmation, except where ocs8 determines that a technical error has affected the outcome of a wager.
• ocs8 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. All outcomes are final and are not subject to challenge on grounds of probability or personal expectation.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned prior to the determined completion threshold, bets may be voided and stakes returned at ocs8's discretion, subject to market-specific rules.
• ocs8 reserves the right to void any bet where odds or payouts have been displayed in error due to system malfunction, data feed error, or human error.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet and per daily settlement cycle apply. Current limits are published on the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ocs8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identifying information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain advantage in games.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or platform vulnerabilities for financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be clawed back.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or other coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer environments.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity in violation of applicable AML legislation.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC obligations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to ocs8's technical infrastructure, databases, or source code.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, game assets, graphics, text, and other material available on the ocs8 Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of ocs8 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark legislation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of ocs8.

The ocs8 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of the Platform operator. Any unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ocs8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ocs8 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information, odds, or data displayed due to technical error, where such error is corrected prior to settlement.
• Any tax liability incurred by you in connection with gambling winnings in your applicable jurisdiction.
• Losses arising from your failure to read and comply with applicable bonus terms and conditions prior to claiming any promotion.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ocs8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ocs8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ocs8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure automated session time alerts to manage their gambling duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net win/loss figures.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter voluntary break from the Platform, typically 24 hours to 30 days, without permanent account closure.

ocs8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: actual or suspected breach of these Terms; fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements; or at ocs8's discretion where continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable regulatory obligations.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ocs8 customer support. Prior to processing account closure, all active bonuses will be removed from the account and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any verified real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method used, subject to applicable AML checks.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.

ocs8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, ocs8 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued familiarity with the current provisions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ocs8 is registered and licenced to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and ocs8, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of player concerns can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our support department.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts in ocs8's licensing jurisdiction. Neither party shall be entitled to bring a claim against the other as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.
